Back In Form Chiropractic clinic has been in Poole for over 26 years now, during this time we have had clients come from local areas such as Wimborne, Bournemouth and Wareham but even as far away as Wiltshire and Surrey. Additionally, at Back in Form we also have a branch in Blandford that opened in 2007.
Back In Form Chiropractic Clinic was started in late 1999 by Steven Oldale in Parkstone Road, Poole. It moved to its current ground floor modern air conditioned offices in Ashley Cross, Parkstone in 2008.
Steven graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 1994 and worked for a year in Kent and 5 years in Hertfordshire under the late Graham Heale, a leader in the UK of Chiropractic both as a clinician and professionally as someone who drove forward an improvement of standards and education.
Steven moved down to Poole in 2000 after starting the clinic in 1999. From 2001 to 2010 he also worked as a part-time clinical tutor at the AECC, a role that helped him build more experience and stay up to date with the latest developments in musculo-skeletal care.
He has an active life and is particularly interested in functional and sports injury rehabilitation and performance, he has regular chiropractic treatment to keep his nervous system working efficiently so that he can stay fit and active. Steven regularly attends seminars and conferences and also subscribes to several journals to keep him abreast of the latest research.
It is this commitment to healthy nervous system function, plus postural and functional rehab that enables his patients to get results not just for the short term but for longer term relief. A goal that should be on everyones wish list.

Appointment times for new clients at Poole are usually available between the hours of 8:40am – 7:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and between 8:40am and 6:00pm Wednesday to Friday. However if this is not convenient, please contact us and one of our team will do their very best to find a solution.
