Great experience. The last time I went Steve made sure my back pain was treated enough in the time available to make sure I could ski comfortably without my lower back pain. Highly recommend personalised service which targets the problem areas while taking into account the inter-related holistic body.

Absolutely spoton trust me been to a few in my time but Steve has sorted my back out band mu neck but good today lovley .
Had trouble with my lower back and pain down my legs over christmas. Booked an appointment with Karen,arrived feeling very anxious and almost broken due to limited movement without pain and I left absolutely brand new. Karen is very lovely,explained everything down to a tee and put me at ease. I've had two appointments since and my back has improved massively. Would 💯 recommend.
