I have been using this clinic for many years and both Karen and Steve are excellent. With a long standing neck injury they are my go to for therapy. Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Today was my third visit to Back in form with Stephen.
I have seen a huge improvement in the movement in my arm/shoulder. My neck and shoulders felt so heavy and stiff and I was experiencing alot of pain. I no longer have this pain and can move more freely.
Stephen not only takes care during the appointment but he also suggested some exercises to do between appointments. I would recommend this clinic!

I am very grateful to Steve and the team at Back in Form. I’m always welcomed when I arrive by lovely ladies and made to feel welcome. Every effort is made to accommodate appointments at a suitable date and time. My treatment has been excellent - even helping at short notice when I was in pain. I am gradually getting help with all my joints and Steve always listens to what I say - I never feel rushed. Thank you.

Had trouble with my lower back and pain down my legs over christmas 2024. Booked an appointment with Karen,arrived feeling very anxious and almost broken due to limited movement and an awful lot of pain and i can honestly say when i left the clinic i felt brand new. Karen is such a lovely lady, she explained everything very clearly to me and made me feel very at ease. The receptionist's are all very welcoming,polite and engage in conversation with you. Very resonably priced compared to most places i looked at previous. Would 100% recommend,i wouldnt go anywhere else.
